Questions
Who counts as a user?
An active person in your Okta at the start of the billing period. Service accounts, deactivated people and the reviewers, managers and auditors who use AkraID aren't counted on their own. If a reviewer is also an employee in Okta, they count once, like everyone else.
What happens if our headcount changes?
Monthly plans follow your user count each month. Annual plans are set at the start of the year; if you grow by more than 10%, we'll true up at the annual rate for the rest of the year. We don't charge back for months you've already had.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 30-day pilot on your own Okta, free, with no card needed. Most teams run one real review during the pilot.
How do we pay?
By invoice, payable within 30 days, by ACH or card.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be canceled any time and stop at the end of the month. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for. Either way you can export your evidence packs and audit trail before we delete your data.
